• You will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing correspondence
• You will handle the receipt, recording and distribution of parcels, as well as organising parcel dispatch
• You will carry out courier runs both within and outside the company
• Managing the ordering system for promotional materials, as well as their picking, packing and dispatch, will also form part of your remit
• You will also be responsible for stock maintenance and management
• In addition, you are responsible for stock checks and the documentation of goods received and dispatched
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse and post office area rounds off your role

• Having completed an apprenticeship, e.g. as a courier, express and postal services clerk (m/f/d), would be an advantage for you
