• You operate the gantry crane from an office-like control cabin, not directly on the crane
• You use a joystick to guide the waste precisely into the incinerator
• Monitoring the fire alarm system is also part of your duties
• You unload arriving lorries using the crane and grab arm
• You mix the waste at the collection point to ensure even combustion
• Throughout the entire process, you keep a close eye on the plant and its operations and respond immediately to any malfunctions

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, for example as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a plant and machinery operator (m/f/d) or an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have some initial experience in operating cranes
• You are available to work shifts and at weekends
• You consistently demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility in your day-to-day work
• You are characterised by your technical understanding and a confident handling of joystick controls
• A meticulous and attentive approach to your work comes naturally to you, as you monitor plant independently
• Written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, round off your profile
