• You will operate our various overhead cranes safely and reliably throughout the spacious and modern production hall
• You will also be responsible for the precise hoisting of new reinforcement cages into their designated positions within the plant
• You will also oversee the professional provision of the required formwork materials directly to the individual formwork units in production
• Controlling the heavy concrete buckets during the concreting process is also part of your daily duties
• As part of your role, you will assist with the proper storage of the precast concrete elements produced on our factory premises
• Furthermore, you will assist with general tasks in production when the crane is not operating at full capacity

• You have completed vocational training as a precast concrete worker (m/f/d), bricklayer (m/f/d) or construction machinery operator (m/f/d)
• you also have some initial professional experience in operating overhead cranes and hold a valid crane operator’s licence for such equipment
• Your written and spoken German is at a good to very good level, which is a key strength of yours
• Furthermore, you possess a high level of technical understanding, team spirit and a very strong commitment to your work
• Finally, you are physically resilient, work with absolute reliability and autonomy, and consistently adhere to all applicable safety regulations
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
