• You will recognise the individual resources of the residents and support them in a targeted manner
• You will provide integration assistance services so that the residents can actively participate
• In addition, you will independently plan, structure, activate and lead creative activities both in small groups and in individual settings
• You will also support the residents:residents in areas such as functional behaviour, social skills, personal hygiene, housekeeping activities and perception training
• Together with the residents, you plan and design the daily and weekly structure to create a reliable framework
