• You have completed vocational training as an educator (m/f/d), curative educator (m/f/d), carer (m/f/d), educational specialist (m/f/d), social assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification

• Ideally, you already have experience in working or dealing with people with physical or mental disabilities
• You bring a great deal of responsibility in dealing with people with physical or mental disabilities
• you have a great sense of responsibility, empathy and the ability to deal with conflict (e.g. in dealing with depressed people). (e.g. in dealing with depressed people)
• Accurate observation and diligence, e.g. recognising changes in the behaviour of the people in your care, are among your professional strengths
• You manage the balancing act between empathic closeness and maintaining a professional distance when dealing with people with physical, mental or emotional disabilities
• A driving licence and a car are desirable, but not essential
