• You will provide care for people with severe and multiple disabilities in a residential setting as part of integration support, and carry out all the necessary care tasks
• In their day-to-day lives, you will support residents in managing their daily routines and assist them in shaping their lives according to their individual needs
• You will carry out care tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and assistance with eating
• You look after the residents’ health and physical wellbeing and monitor any changes in their state of health
• Together with the residents, you organise leisure time and plan and supervise activities and outings
• Where necessary, you will promote independence, communication and social participation amongst the people in your care
• You will carefully document the course of care and support and liaise with colleagues and relatives regarding this

• You have completed a state-recognised vocational training programme as a childcare worker (m/f/d), a qualified educational specialist (m/f/d), a degree in special educational needs (m/f/d), social pedagogue (m/f/d), curative pedagogue (m/f/d) or social care assistant (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• your interpersonal skills and empathy when working with people with severe and multiple disabilities are a strong point in your favour
• you work reliably, thoughtfully and with a strong sense of responsibility and duty
• Proficiency in spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are willing to work part-time shifts in exceptional circumstances
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You are able to handle conflict and take on board criticism
• You demonstrate the ability to cooperate and communicate effectively when dealing with clients and within the team
• You are characterised by your willingness to perform, your ability to deliver and your flexibility
