• You advise with competence and empathy, conduct structured discussions with interested parties, analyse training needs and point out individual development opportunities in an understandable, clear and solution-oriented manner
• You accompany the entire decision-making process, from initial contact to enrolment, you are the central point of contact and develop suitable
• in close dialogue with lecturer management, course planning and site management, you actively help to further develop our sales processes
• transparent KPIs and team targets give you orientation

• You have at least three years of experience in B2C sales, whether from personnel consulting, telephone sales or another industry
• You are also welcome to join us as a committed career changer (m/f/d)
• You are convincing with your language and attitude, on the phone, by email or in face-to-face meetings, you communicate clearly, authoritatively and appreciatively, authentically and with focus
• you are flexible in your working hours, as your consultations take place Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00 and once a month you also take on a Saturday appointment (10:00-19:00) including an information evening
• Figures and results motivate you and you take responsibility for your counselling successes
• You work in a structured and independent manner. You keep an overview even with many enquiries, think ahead and actively contribute to the team
