• You will be responsible for the independent, telephone and written support of business partners and customers in the area of private pension provision, taking into account internal quality standards
• In addition, you will be responsible for providing competent answers to complex customer and agent and intermediary questions about existing contracts and innovative products in the insurance sector
• In addition, you will be responsible for the complete processing of transactions from the initial enquiry to the final supplement as part of efficient and customer-oriented portfolio management

• You have completed training as an insurance broker (m/f/d), insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have at least two years of sound professional experience in life insurance or private pensions as well as basic expertise in the dynamic investment sector
• You have a sound knowledge of common IT skills and MS-Office applications and a quick grasp of new software solutions characterise you in your day-to-day work
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and strong communication skills for professional exchanges with customers
