• You will be responsible for providing proactive, customer-focused advice and professionally selling high-quality products to customers directly in-store
• You will also be responsible for ensuring the sales area is attractively presented and maintained to a high standard in line with internal standards
• You will also oversee the attractive presentation of goods on the shop floor and the regular restocking of the diverse product range for customers
• Your duties also include providing active support with the efficient processing of goods received, as well as the proper preparation and storage of items
• As part of your role, you’ll enthusiastically support the entire store team with all tasks arising in day-to-day store operations and at the till
• Furthermore, you’ll help to actively ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and first-class service in-store

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a retail sales assistant (m/f/d), sales assistant (m/f/d) or office administration assistant (m/f/d)
• You also have practical experience in sales or the retail sector, although motivated career changers are also very welcome
• Your confident use of modern till systems and standard IT applications sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• We require native-level written and spoken German, as well as a basic knowledge of English, for this role
• Furthermore, you enjoy customer contact, have strong communication skills, a passion for fashion and trends, and flexibility with your working hours
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
