Job description

  • You will be responsible for direct customer support in day-to-day business and ensure that orders are created in SAP
  • In addition, you will monitor delivery dates and coordinate the entire delivery process
  • The creation of invoices is just as much a part of your tasks as inventory management and consignment processing
  • You will take care of export processing and ensure a smooth process
  • In close cooperation with the central sales organisation, you will support order management and maintain the master data in SAP
  • You will respond quickly to complaints and process them professionally
  • With your commitment, you will ensure an efficient dunning process and the proper handling of returns

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • A confident command of written and spoken English is a matter of course for you, Further foreign language skills are an advantage
  • You deal responsibly with customers and sales organisations
  • You are characterised by an independent, structured way of working and a high level of service orientation
  • You show commitment, a sense of responsibility and work both independently and as part of a team
