Job description

  • In customer service, you are the first point of contact for product and service enquiries from our customers:
  • In the customer service department, you are the first point of contact for product and service enquiries from our customers in the private care services and B2B sectors
  • You handle enquiries from existing and potential customers by telephone and online and ensure professional support
  • You determine the type of customer enquiry precisely and process it accordingly, for example by taking orders, forwarding information or carrying out follow-up actions
  • recommending suitable products and explaining how they work to existing and new customers
  • updating the customer database and contracts regularly to ensure that all information is correct and complete
  • carrying out data entry carefully and performing general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • first professional experience in customer service or internal sales is ideal and will make it easier for you to get started
  • you have computer skills and can quickly familiarise yourself with new systems
  • you have a fluent command of written and spoken German
  • strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoy customer contact
