- As the first point of contact for our customers, you are committed to dealing with all questions about hardware
- You record, classify and process telephone enquiries - you solve many cases directly yourself
- You forward unsolvable requests to 2nd level support in a structured manner for in-depth analysis
- You document all enquiries you process in our ticket system
Requirements
- You will benefit from previous knowledge of medical practice processes and experience with computer hardware
- You already have experience in customer service
- You have a native-level command of written and spoken German
- IT-affinity and a willingness to learn characterise your working style
- Service orientation and strong communication skills in dealing with customers are a matter of course for you
- A flair for conducting conversations rounds off your profile
- A valid work permit completes your profile
