• You will be responsible for the operational support of our customers and ensure a high level of service and delivery performance
• You will be responsible for scheduling, maintaining and processing customer orders, call-offs and EDI data in the ERP system
• You will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with customers in the event of changes, deviations or deadline issues
