Customer Management Officer (m/f/d)

• You will be the point of contact for our customers regarding all aspects of heating supply solutions
• you will also act as the link between customers and the technical department
• you will draw up quotations based on cost calculations and follow these through
• you will also acquire new regional customers in the residential and commercial sectors
• You will be involved in the development and marketing of new heating products
• Last but not least, you will bring experience in implementing contracting solutions (particularly heat pumps with PV)

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, ideally relating to the energy sector, utilities or the property sector
• Ideally, you have experience in sales, customer management or project-based business, as well as knowledge of district heating, contracting or municipal energy supply
• You have a strong command of MS Office, Excel and Word
• Good analytical skills and a sound understanding of business matters are to your credit
• Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly manner when dealing with customers and partners round off your profile
• You are characterised by a structured, independent and responsible approach to your work
