• You will act as the point of contact for our customers, customer service technicians and contractors
• You will also ensure that our properties are fitted with the necessary metering equipment on time, working closely with our customer service technicians and contractors
• Preparing meter reading and installation orders for our customer service technicians, contractors and installation partners falls within your remit
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that all existing properties meet the technical requirements necessary for heating cost billing on an ongoing basis
• You will carry out a final check on all completed jobs in accordance with our quality standards

• You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained some initial professional experience
• Your systematic and structured approach speaks in your favour
• You also have a customer- and service-oriented mindset
• You are a team player, work independently and are characterised by a conscientious, responsible and meticulous approach to your work
