• You will advise our customers on all questions relating to the products and services of an energy supplier
• You will process telephone and written customer enquiries, especially for more complex issues
• In addition, you will handle complaints and claims and find quick and appropriate solutions for our customers
• In addition, you will handle complex procedures and processes in customer management in close cooperation with your team colleagues

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you already have several years’ professional experience in customer service
• ideally, you have also gained professional experience in the energy sector
• You also have knowledge of specialist software, such as Microsoft Dynamics or NTS-billing
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are characterised by a strong service ethic, excellent communication skills and diplomatic flair
• A structured, independent and efficient approach to work is also one of your strengths
