Job description

  • You will focus on processing all incoming service requests while liaising closely with the sales force
  • You will process all patient requests and ensure that each request is fully
  • recorded correctly
  • on a monthly basis, that every enquiry is recorded completely and correctly
  • On a monthly basis, you record the sales of members of purchasing groups for products and keep a clean record of all data
  • You prepare the quarterly overviews for purchasing groups and hospital pharmacies, so that all parties involved have a clear overview
  • You support the sales force, especially the district managers, by providing important information, price overviews and sales and turnover data
  • You monitor the annual reimbursement of customers:
  • Maintain an overview of purchasing groups and regularly update members, prices, conditions and negotiators
  • Make sure that supply contracts are monitored so that all deadlines and agreements are adhered to

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or alternatively a university degree in natural sciences or business administration
  • You have at least two years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in dealing with an ERP system is part of your everyday work
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package characterises you
  • You also have a good command of English
  • You are confident in using your sales skills
  • Professional and competent dealings with customers are a matter of course for you
