- You will be responsible for advising customers on all aspects of the subscription and advertising world of the leading regional daily newspapers and advertising papers in Central Hesse and other publishers
- Processing readers' enquiries by telephone and in writing:You will conscientiously handle enquiries about our products and promotions
- Process complaints
- Carefully maintain customer data
- Record subscriptions and adverts to round off your area of responsibility
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, for example as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained professional experience in customer service
- Customer orientation and empathy are a matter of course for you
- You are confident in using a PC and MicrosoftOffice programmes
- Furthermore, you are willing to work in shifts during our service hours (Mon-Fri 7am-5pm and Sat 7am-12pm)
- Outgoing nature and strong communication skills round off your profile
