• You will be responsible for independently preparing quotations for your client group, including coordinating prices and delivery times with international plants
• You will also be responsible for the careful processing and verification of all incoming customer orders in the ERP system, as well as comprehensive contract review
• Furthermore, you will oversee the ongoing tracking of delivery dates in close coordination with customers to ensure optimal delivery performance
• Providing regular customer support by telephone in response to enquiries, complaints and requests for appointments is also part of your varied daily tasks
• As part of your role, you will assist the accounts team in resolving outstanding invoices and independently issue credit and debit notes
• Finally, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager by providing precise margin analyses and reports, as well as ensuring compliance with key export regulations

• You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), (m/f/d) for office management or wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in customer service or in the commercial order processing of a manufacturing industrial company
• You have a sound knowledge of the common MS-Office applications as well as initial practical experience in dealing with modern PPS systems characterise you
• you have a very good command of German at native speaker level as well as a good and confident command of written and spoken English
• you also have a strong understanding of numbers, a solution-oriented way of working and a willingness to think and act across departments
• In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to fulfil this responsible position
