• You look after our customers and are available to them as their first point of contact
• In the event of telephone or written customer enquiries, you ensure that they are processed quickly and competently
• You also support customer service with technical questions and find suitable solutions
• For incoming enquiries and orders, you plan the deployment of the fitters and reliably coordinate the processes

• You have technical training, for example as a metalworker, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in customer service is desirable and will make it easier for you to get started
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and a valid work permit
• With your friendly and service-oriented demeanour, you will impress customers on a daily basis
