• You handle import and export customs orders independently using the relevant customs software
• You invoice export and import processes
• You communicate directly with customers and work closely with the customs authorities
• You carefully manage and archive export documents
• You provide technical advice on customs issues to internal and external contacts

• You have successfully completed training as a forwarding and logistics services merchant (m/f/d), foreign trade merchant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in customs and foreign trade law and are very familiar with the current legal framework
• Your sound knowledge of common customs software such as ATLAS and modern ERP systems makes you particularly suitable for this position as an experienced specialist
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for confident communication with international partners and suppliers:inside
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of care and attention to detail and always work reliably in compliance with all internal quality standards
• Finally, you are an assertive personality with strong negotiating skills and maintain the necessary technical overview at all times, even with complex international shipments
• In addition to your technical expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
