• You will be responsible for independently handling all outgoing goods and for the careful preparation of all necessary accompanying documents and freight documents for the worldwide export of high-quality machinery
• You will also be responsible for the professional preparation of all customs-related documents, such as export declarations, certificates of origin and commercial invoices, in compliance with legal requirements
• Furthermore, you will ensure smooth communication with customs authorities, freight forwarders and logistics service providers to ensure the timely organisation of international freight transport
• Checking and approving delivery documents, as well as ensuring complete documentation of all processes in the internal goods management system, are also part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the continuous optimisation of existing processes in the areas of logistics, goods dispatch and customs clearance to improve efficiency
• Furthermore, you will support the service team in handling local and international customer enquiries regarding delivery dates, dispatch status and special customs regulations
• Finally, you will be responsible for the expert verification of all freight and customs invoices for accuracy, as well as for clarifying any discrepancies with external partners

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d), as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a Warehouse Operator (m/f/d)
• you also have solid professional experience in the area of goods dispatch and logistics, as well as tried-and-tested specialist knowledge in the international handling of export and customs processes
• Your confident use of common enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP or ERP software, as well as MS Office applications, sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your business-fluent command of written and spoken German, combined with your very good command of English, enables you to handle all international documentation with ease
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, reliability and a consistently meticulous and precise approach to all tasks
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
• Finally, you are a true team player, work extremely independently and stand out for your strong focus on finding solutions and serving customers in your day-to-day work
