• You will independently handle all import and export customs clearance procedures arising in day-to-day freight forwarding operations
• You will process customs declarations accurately, using customs systems such as ATLAS, EDEC and Passar
• You will prepare and check the necessary transit documents to ensure the smooth flow of goods across international borders
• You will handle Swiss import customs clearance professionally and reliably
• You liaise with customs authorities and customers in a solution-oriented manner and clarify any queries regarding consignments and documentation
• You check commercial invoices, goods descriptions and accompanying documents for completeness and accuracy
• You actively support your team in complying with customs regulations and internal quality standards
• You carefully document all customs-related processes and track them through to completion

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or an office management clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained solid practical professional experience in customs clearance
• You have demonstrable knowledge of Swiss import customs clearance
• You are confident in using the standard customs systems ATLAS, EDEC and Passar
• You speak and write German at a native level
• Your business-fluent English sets you apart when dealing with international clients
• You are flexible regarding staggered working hours starting from 6.30 am
• You hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
