You will handle all customs and export documentation for international shipments and prepare these documents; you will also manage the dispatch of plant, machinery and systems used in textile technology; you will ensure that the packaging, labelling and loading of the goods. You will check waybills, delivery notes and export documents in both German and English. Furthermore, you will record and post goods movements in the ERP system. Last but not least, you will liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders and internal departments

• You have successfully completed a vocational training programme in business or logistics
• You have relevant professional experience in goods dispatch and international customs clearance
• You have a sound knowledge of IT, particularly in the use of ERP systems and MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a working knowledge of English
• A strong focus on quality, reliability and the ability to work independently round off your profile
• Residence in Germany and a valid work and residence permit for Germany are essential requirements
