Independently setting up and operating modern CNC milling machines / machining centres (control systems: [e.g. Power Mill/Heidenhain]) Programming or adapting CNC programmes directly on the machine or using CAM software (Autodesk) Independently setting up the machine, including tool changes and preparing clamping devices; carrying out quality checks based on technical drawings using standard measuring equipment; identifying process deviations, initiating appropriate measures and liaising with the relevant departments should further clarification be required. You carry out maintenance, cleaning and simple servicing work on machines and plant under your own responsibility.
