• You will machine individual parts and small batches weighing up to 20 tonnes on our 5-axis machining centres with Heidenhain controls
• You will independently programme the CNC milling machine in accordance with specifications
• You will set up the CNC milling machine for the relevant production order
• Operating the CNC milling machine during ongoing production is also part of your duties
• You will machine the orders as required in accordance with drawings and work plans
• You will monitor the manufacturing process and make corrections where necessary
• You will carry out quality assurance and inspection of the finished workpieces on your own initiative
• You will document the inspection results and report any deviations
• You will maintain tools and machinery as part of ongoing production and keep them in working order

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have experience in programming, setting up and operating CNC milling machines
• You have knowledge of working with Heidenhain control systems
• You can confidently read and implement technical drawings and work plans
• You are characterised by a meticulous and precise approach to quality control of workpieces
• You are willing to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity are among your strengths
• Working independently and responsibly comes naturally to you
• A basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level) and a valid work permit round off your profile
