• You programme CNC machines and operate them as part of the ongoing production process
• You manufacture precision components by milling, turning and drilling in accordance with specifications
• You set up the machines and configure them to suit the respective production order
• You plan your work steps based on technical drawings and production documents
• You measure and inspect finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy and quality using suitable measuring and testing equipment
• You select the appropriate tools, change them in good time and adjust them correctly
• You carry out regular maintenance and servicing work on the machines
• You identify deviations and faults in the production process at an early stage and either rectify them or report them
• To improve quality and efficiency, you optimise production processes and machining parameters
• You document the production results and test values in a traceable manner

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a

toolmaker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You have experience in CNC programming, for example with Siemens or Heidenhain
• You are confident in using measuring and testing equipment
• You are able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic command of written and spoken German
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
