• You operate machining centres and monitor the ongoing production process
• Before each job, you set up the machines and configure them to suit the component
• In the event of wear or a change of product, you will change the tools and adjust them correctly
• You will optimise machining parameters such as speed, feed rate and depth of cut to ensure dimensional accuracy and tool life
• You will programme directly on the machine and in the CAD software, including for 5-axis machining where required
• You will independently inspect finished parts using suitable measuring equipment, in accordance with drawings and specifications

• You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience in operating and setting up machine tools
• You have knowledge of on-machine programming and CAD software; experience with 5-axis machining is an advantage
• You are able to read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
