• You will set up, operate and monitor CNC milling and machining centres independently
• You will manufacture precision components in accordance with technical drawings and create and adapt CNC programmes on the Heidenhain control system
• You will select tools and clamping devices and change them in a professional manner
• You will carry out quality and dimensional checks independently using standard measuring equipment
• You will regularly maintain and service machines and tools
• You will actively optimise production processes using your own ideas

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a CNC milling operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of special-purpose machine construction
• You have sound, practical experience in programming and operating Heidenhain control systems (e.g. TNC 640 / iTNC 530)
• You are also able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You possess a basic command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• A high level of quality awareness, the ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability, and a proactive and confident approach to your work are your strengths
