• You will be responsible for milling high-precision components
• You will also set up and operate modern CNC milling machines (3- and 5-axis)
• You will programme milling strategies based on technical drawings and carry out the machining operations independently
• You will also clamp workpieces and align them in accordance with drawing specifications
• Your responsibilities will also include carrying out tool measurements both outside and inside the machine
• You will set up the tools, clamping devices and measuring equipment
• last but not least, you will create parameter programmes, check the machine geometry and optimise processes to reduce cycle times

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d) specialising in milling technology or in a comparable field
• you also have in-depth knowledge of milling technology, particularly in the operation of CNC milling machines
• you are confident in using the Heidenhain iTNC530 and/or TNC640 control systems
• A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You are also willing to work a two-shift system
• You are characterised by precise work, solution-oriented thinking and a strong commitment to quality
