• You set up and commission machines, such as CNC milling machines or lathes
• You programme or operate CNC control systems and adjust them as required
• You machine metal parts by turning, milling, drilling or grinding in accordance with drawings
• You check dimensional accuracy and quality using measuring instruments such as callipers and micrometres
• You carry out maintenance and servicing work on the machines reliably
• You carefully monitor production processes and document the results
• You set up and replace tools independently
• You rectify minor faults immediately and report more serious problems in good time

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or in a similar metalworking trade
• you are confident in using measuring equipment and testing procedures
• you are familiar with CNC technology and can read or edit programmes
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
• You are known for your precise and meticulous approach to work, even when dealing with complex workpieces
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity are among your strengths
• The ability to work as part of a team and communicate openly with colleagues round off your profile
