• You will set up and programme CTX 500 and 600 CNC lathes
• You will machine individual parts with a diameter of up to 300 mm in accordance with drawings and specifications
• You will manufacture chain links for drilling rigs and similar components
• You will independently adapt the control programmes to the respective machining tasks
• You carry out self-inspections and check the finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality
• You set up tools and clamping devices to suit the respective production order
• You will monitor the production process and take corrective action in the event of deviations
• You will keep machines and the workstation clean and in good working order
• You will document production and inspection data in accordance with company guidelines

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d),

precision mechanic

 (m/f/d), a machining technician (m/f/d) or a comparable
qualification

• you have experience in setting up and programming CNC lathes
• as well as the ability to read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key strength of yours
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and confident approach to your work are your strengths
