• You will be responsible for the independent set-up, configuration and operation of conventional and CNC turning/milling machines, as well as the production of individual and series-produced parts to drawings
• You will also be responsible for the creation and optimisation of CNC programmes (e.g. Siemens SINUMERIK, Fanuc)
• You will also be responsible for the selection and maintenance of tools, clamping and measuring equipment, as well as carrying out maintenance work, are also part of your remit
• In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tight dimensional tolerances and surface finishes, carrying out dimensional checks independently, and documenting inspection results
• You will be responsible for identifying, reporting and analysing deviations
• You will play an active role in the introduction of new digital manufacturing technologies

• You have completed vocational training, e.g. as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ professional experience working on conventional lathes and milling machines, in CNC machining (turning and/or milling) and in the machining of various materials (steel, cast iron, bronze alloys)
• Experience in, for example, the overhaul of machine tools, the manufacture of gears, or single-piece and small-batch production would be an advantage
• Furthermore, you have in-depth knowledge of CNC control technology (Siemens SINUMERIK and/or Fanuc); ideally, you also have experience in, for example, 3D coordinate measurement or 5-axis machining
• You are naturally confident in using measuring equipment
• Ideally, you have a technical understanding of machine overhauls and retrofit projects
• Knowledge of German (Level B) and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are willing to work a two-shift system or flexible working hours
• You are characterised by a focus on quality and a meticulous, independent approach to your work
