• You will produce turned parts on CNC-controlled lathes with SINUMERIK 828D/840D control and precisely implement demanding production orders
• Your workpieces include components for containers, large pumps, electric motors, electric generators, shafts and axles - weighing from 10 kg to 3 tonnes
• You will machine large components with a diameter of up to 800 mm and a length of up to 3.000 mm, ensuring a precision of ± 50 µm
• programming is carried out independently according to drawings; you clamp the parts using a crane and carry out both pre-turning and finish turning
• thanks to single-part production, your work is varied and you solve technical challenges flexibly - there is no series production

• You have completed training in the field of machining and have sound technical know-how in the processing of metal components
• You have programming skills for CNC machines - regardless of the programming language used - and are confident in adapting and creating machine programmes
• You have particular experience in working with Heidenhain controls and are experienced in using them
• Your good knowledge of German enables you to understand technical drawings with confidence, work instructions and communication within the team
• Reliability is a matter of course for you; you work conscientiously and responsibly
• you have a valid work permit and can be deployed at short notice
