Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• In this role, you will independently programme, set up and operate a CNC grinding machine
• You will correct programmes
• You will prepare clamping devices and tools and calibrate them
• You will monitor the manufacturing process
• Quality control of the manufactured parts using testing and measuring equipment is part of your duties
• You will be responsible for the production of individual parts through to small batches
• You will also maintain and service the machines and tools

What we are looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• We require you to be confident in operating and programming CNC-controlled machines
• Ideally, you will have knowledge of Fanuc-based programming on a Studer machine, as well as experience in external/internal cylindrical grinding and surface grinding
• You will be able to read technical manufacturing drawings
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• A strong sense of responsibility when working with machine tools, combined with an independent, precise and conscientious approach to your work, round off your profile
• You are also characterised by reliability, commitment, flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team
