• You programme CNC machines and operate them during the ongoing production process
• You manufacture precision components by milling, turning and drilling
• You set up the machines and configure them to suit the respective production order
• You implement the specifications precisely on the basis of technical drawings
• You measure and inspect finished workpieces using suitable measuring and testing equipment
• You monitor the quality of the components and identify deviations at an early stage
• You carry out maintenance and servicing work on the machines
• You optimise production processes, for example by adjusting programmes, tools or cutting parameters
• You carefully document the production results

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have experience in CNC programming, for example with Siemens or Heidenhain
• You are confident in using measuring and testing equipment
• You are characterised by technical understanding and manual dexterity
• You work accurately and with a focus on quality
• You can read technical drawings confidently and implement them precisely
• You are a team player
• You are willing to work shifts (availability for shift work)
• Valid work permits and a working knowledge of spoken German are essential for employment
