• You will set up, operate and monitor CNC lathes, milling machines and grinding machines independently during the ongoing production process
• You will select the appropriate tools, change them as required and adjust production parameters as needed
• You will manufacture prototypes, individual parts and production parts in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
• You will carry out quality controls and dimensional checks using modern measuring equipment, such as micrometres or callipers
• You will also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the machines, analysing faults and rectifying malfunctions independently
• You will carefully document all work processes in the system

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a machining technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification, such as that of an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) specialising in CNC
• You have in-depth knowledge of programming and operating CNC machines (Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc controls)
• You have already gained experience in working with technical drawings and measuring equipment
• You have a basic knowledge of metalworking (turning, milling, grinding) are your strong points
• You have an understanding of quality management and process optimisation
• Written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are also willing to work shifts as part of your day-to-day work
• The ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills round off your profile
