- to set up, programming and operation of metal-cutting machines in single and and multi-machine operation
- you will be responsible for the production of turned parts according to the work plan (project) and drawing as well as the processing of production orders in compliance with production deadlines and quality requirements
- you will be responsible for stamping the processing times in the BDE and creating and correcting CNC programmes
- you will select the appropriate tools and clamping devices for new production
- the implementation and documentation of worker self-monitoring (4-eyes principle), Quality monitoring in accordance with the inspection plan, measuring tools, height measuring device and measuring machines are also part of your area of responsibility
- You carry out deburring and rework
- Maintenance, cleaning and servicing of the machines, tools and clamping devices round off your job profile
Requirements
- A completed apprenticeship e.g. as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), tool mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification specialising in CNC turning
- You have already gained experience with CNC lathes, as well as in programming and setting up new parts
- Knowledge of Fanuc and Mazak control systems is an advantage for you
- Safe handling of testing and measuring equipment is a matter of course for you
- Good research skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
