- You will be responsible for the independent set-up and operation of the Hermle C52MT 5-axis CNC machining centres
- You will also monitor the complex machining processes and ensure the technical operational readiness of the machines and tools in use
- You will also input predefined CNC programmes and run them safely, ensuring the highest quality standards are met
- Regular dimensional and visual inspections during ongoing production are part of your role in ensuring manufacturing quality
- You will identify defective components at an early stage and report any deviations immediately to the relevant specialist department
- Finally, you will document all measurement and test results as well as relevant production data to ensure full traceability of all manufactured parts
Requirements
- You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
