• You will turn individual parts and small batches made of metal and plastics, using both conventional and CNC-controlled methods
• You will set up and operate our conventional and CNC lathes, and monitor the ongoing production process
• You will machine moulded PU plastic parts, taking into account the material’s specific properties
• You will select suitable turning tools, measure them and fit them to the machine
• Using technical drawings, you will manufacture the parts to exact dimensions in accordance with specifications
• After production, you will carry out dimensional checks and quality inspections using suitable measuring equipment
• You document the manufactured parts and test results in a traceable manner
• You look after and maintain the machines and carry out minor maintenance work independently
• You keep your workstation tidy and comply with the applicable health and safety regulations

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have several years’ professional experience in conventional and CNC turning, ideally including plastics machining
• You are confident in handling technical drawings, measuring equipment and inspection processes
• You have a basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
