• You will work independently with various materials, such as metal and plastic, to manufacture our products in the fields of implants and instruments
• You will produce high-precision individual parts and small batches on modern, partly automated CNC machines with up to 9 axes (turning, milling, grinding)
• You will be responsible for quality assurance using standard measuring and testing equipment; you will optimise setup data in the event of dimensional or quality deviations and carefully document these processes
• You will also be responsible for preparing the production documentation
• You will independently identify and rectify minor machine faults; the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment are also part of your day-to-day duties

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d), CNC machine operator (m/f/d), CNC miller (m/f/d), CNC lathe operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the metal sector with a focus on turning/milling
• profound professional experience in the field of CNC as well as initial experience in the operation of machining centres are an advantage for you
• good written and spoken German language skills and a valid work permit are a matter of course for you
• both team-oriented and independent work suits you, and good communication skills round off your profile
