• You will operate CNC-controlled lathes fitted with Heynumat and/or Göbel control systems, with a focus on turning
• You will programme new cycles and adjust them to suit the component
• You set up machines in accordance with drawings and production orders, and configure tools, clamping devices and fixtures
• In series production, you manufacture turned and milled parts to a consistently high standard
• You measure raw parts prior to machining and check that they comply with specifications
• During the manufacturing process, you check the dimensions and surfaces of the machined parts using suitable measuring equipment
• In the event of deviations, you correct programmes, tool data and machine settings
• You monitor tools, replace worn parts and readjust them

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have experience in CNC machining, with a focus on turning
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German
• You are characterised by a precise, reliable and quality-conscious approach to your work
• A valid work permit completes your profile
