• You will set up CNC lathes independently and operate them using Siemens 840D or Okuma OSP P300/P500 control systems
• You will create and optimise CNC programmes yourself and adapt them to the respective workpieces as required
• You will manufacture individual parts and small batches in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
• You will select suitable tools, clamping devices and measuring equipment and set them up for the machining process
• During production, you will monitor the machining process and continuously improve it in the event of deviations
• You carry out dimensional, quality and final inspections on the manufactured workpieces using measuring and testing equipment
• You document your inspection results and report any anomalies or quality deviations to the relevant departments
• You keep your machine and workstation clean and carry out simple maintenance and upkeep tasks

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in setting up, operating and programming CNC lathes
• You have knowledge of control systems such as Siemens 840D or Okuma OSP P300/P500
• You can read technical drawings confidently and implement them precisely in production
• You are confident in using measuring and testing equipment for dimensional and quality control
• You have a basic spoken command of German
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility in your day-to-day work are second nature to you
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
