• You set up the machining centre
• You check the work documents for completeness and validity and, if necessary, report any discrepancies to your line manager
• You check the materials for completeness and accuracy
• You assemble fixtures (e.g. clamping jaws, turning or milling chucks) and turn the clamping jaws
• You set up and measure tools, and attach and detach them from the machine using tool holders
• You set upand measuring equipment in accordance with the test and measurement plan
• You clamp parts in place and machine them
• You carry out the first-piece inspection, make corrections where necessary and follow up

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a Machinery and Plant Operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in this field
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic command of spoken and written German
• You are willing to work a three-shift system and occasionally on Saturdays
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
