• You will be responsible for setting up machining centres
• You will check work documents and materials for completeness, validity and accuracy, and, where necessary, report any issues to your line manager
• You are responsible for setting up the fixture, e.g. clamping jaws, lathe or milling chucks, including turning and aligning the clamping jaws
• You also set up tools and are responsible for taking measurements
• On the machine, you set up and remove the inspected tools using a tool holder
• Furthermore, you are responsible for adjusting the testing and measuring equipment in accordance with the testing and measuring equipment plan
• You clamp the parts in place and machine them
• Carrying out first-piece inspections, as well as making corrections and adjustments, round off your role

• You have already gained experience in metal machining
• Ideally, you have experience operating the Kellenberger cylindrical grinding machine
• Operating multiple machines is no problem for you
• A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are willing to work a three-shift system and to work occasionally on Saturdays
• You also have your own transport, e.g. a car
• You are a team player and have a motivated approach to work
