• You will set up tools on production machinery, such as automatic punching and bending machines (e.g. BIHLER), working independently and taking full responsibility for your tasks
• You will programme, set up and operate CNC bending and coiling machines
• You run in tools and optimise them to ensure a stable production process
• You process production orders in accordance with specifications regarding deadlines, quantities and quality
• You monitor the processes on the machines assigned to you and intervene in the event of deviations
• In accordance with the inspection plan, you regularly check the manufactured parts using suitable measuring equipment and against part drawings
• You document inspection results in inspection reports within the CAQ system as part of the operator’s self-inspection
• You take responsibility for the quality and on-time delivery of the items you produce
• You carry out maintenance and servicing of the machines and tools in accordance with instructions
• You are personally responsible for ensuring that your allocated work area is tidy and clean

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting-process mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You are experienced in working with instructions, parts drawings and measurement technology
• You have a good understanding of three-dimensional space
• Ideally, you have experience working with CNC-controlled machines
• You are able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
