• You will set up, prepare and operate modern CNC machines (including Gleason, Pfauter, Profiroll, Klink), set them up and operate them
• you will also carry out tool measurement and monitor tool life
• you will machine gear teeth by broaching, milling, rolling, shaving and broaching
• you will also deburr workpieces
• your responsibilities include carrying out independent quality control and process monitoring in accordance with the inspection plan
• you will also optimise production processes, CNC programmes, as well as machines and equipment
• You analyse and rectify faults, and carry out minor maintenance and servicing work
• Last but not least, you update production orders in the IT system and carefully document the work processes

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with sound knowledge of CNC
• alternatively, you have completed technical vocational training with relevant experience in the CNC sector
• you are confident in operating CNC-controlled machines
• good spoken and written German and a valid work permit are also an advantage
• you are willing to work a three-shift rota
