• You will set up and operate CNC drilling machines as part of the ongoing production process
• You will manufacture custom workpieces to exact shapes and dimensions based on technical drawings
• Using technical drawings and parts lists, you create, optimise and adapt CNC programmes
• You programme and operate the machines using the Heidenhain control system
• During production, you monitor the machining process and take corrective action in the event of deviations
• You check the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of your machined workpieces using suitable measuring and testing equipment
• You select tools suitable for the workpiece, clamp them in place and replace worn tools in good time
• You clamp workpieces correctly and align them precisely
• Your duties include the regular maintenance and upkeep of the machines, as well as ensuring a clean workplace

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have already gained practical experience in the metalworking industry
• You have knowledge of the Heidenhain control system
• You can confidently read technical drawings and parts lists and use them for CNC programming
• You are known for your precise and meticulous approach to work, ensuring that workpieces are produced with accurate shapes and dimensions
• You are willing to work shifts (2-shift system)
• You have a basic command of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
