- You will be responsible for the precise operation and independent set-up of modern CNC lathes fitted with Siemens 840 control systems
- You will also carry out the professional programming and monitoring of complex CNCmilling processes on machines fitted with Heidenhain controls
- You will continuously inspect the finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy and surface finish, whilst adhering to strict internal quality standards
- You will also independently resolve minor faults in the production process and document the results to ensure smooth operations
- Furthermore, you will work closely with your colleagues in a two-shift system, to ensure the on-time production of high-quality components
- through your precise working methods, you make an important contribution to optimising existing production processes whilst complying with all safety guidelines
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a vocational training programme as a machinist, precision engineer or toolmaker (m/f/d) in industry
- you also have sound practical professional experience in the independent operation and set-up of modern CNC production machines
- you have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth communication within the team
- you also possess a high level of technical understanding, spatial awareness and a strong sense of reliability
- you always work in a structured and independent manner and demonstrate a strong focus on quality in your day-to-day work
- To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
