- You will manufacture complex parts and individual components on modern CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines in accordance with technical drawings
- You will set up, programme and operate metal-cutting machine tools, making targeted use of the Siemens 840 control system
- You will carry out precise inspection and measurement tasks independently to continuously monitor the required dimensions and quality specifications
- You will carry out all agreed production work independently within a regulated two-shift system, covering earlyand late shifts
- You will rectify minor faults on the machine tools in a timely manner and maintain all CNC systems used in a professional manner
- You will carefully document the respective work results in compliance with all internal quality and safety standards
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), precision engineer (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
- You also have sound practical experience in machining and operating modern production lines
- Ideally, you already have a good working knowledge of the safe operation of the Siemens 840 control system
- Your written and spoken German is at a good to very good level
- Furthermore, you consistently demonstrate a high level of quality awareness, commitment and reliability for shift work
